Spring Mill Athletic club members are a cross-section of the area’s population: moms, dads, seniors, young adults, teens and kids. And, of course, the executives from our corporate park neighbors to Members of the spring mill country club.

Adding your own personal trainer promises endless benefits. He or she will develop an individualized program designed to give you the support and motivation you need to reach your goals.
Classes
Members can choose from a variety of classes including Zumba and Pilates. A Spring Mill Athletic Club Membership offers something for everyone in the family. Memberships include most fitness classes. Some classes maybe subject to additional fees.
Massage
A key aspect of holistic health is massage. It does more than simply relieve tension, it improves circulation, aids in elimination of wastes, relaxes muscle spasms, alleviates pain, and reduces edema, as well as, many other benefits.
