Participants have 5 weeks to tone up, lose weight and reshape for the cash pot! The “Show Me the Money” prize will be awarded for one gentleman and one woman that show the most progress! $20.00 gets you in!

What to expect:

1) Private weekly weigh-in. 2) Four personal training consultations. 3) BMI & BMR score. 4) Nutrition 101. This is dietary advice on how to boost energy, add the right amount of muscle, and facilitate fat loss. 5) Motivation & accountability. Participants can opt to follow along and support each other on a private Facebook page. 6) The results! A stronger, more fit, and healthier you!
