Club Spin at Spring Mill Athletic Club!

 Wednesday, February 7 at 9:15 AM – 10:15 AM

Join us for Retro Spin Class featuring throwback tunes from the 80’s & 90’s! Torch calories to all the classic jams with Marcy.

Don’t be shy newbies! Spin class is fun and more challenging than a stationary bike. Marcy will vary the intensity to work your muscle groups by standing, sitting, revving up the pedal speed and resistance as you would an outdoor ride in the comfort of a climate controlled studio. She will guide you through the setting changes to mimic outdoor hill climbs, sprints, and coasting while you groove though the 80’s and 90’s musically!

Newbs come early and head to the front to follow along. Adjust your saddle. You don’t want to strain your neck and back reaching for the handlebars. Get ready to sweat!
