Chris is a experienced Health & Fitness Professional, Chris is a Certified Master Personal Trainer; Chris has experience working with a wide variety of populations through many different fitness domains including, weight loss, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, wellness coaching, endurance training.

Chris has his unique style of Training “ChrissFitt “ with over 20 years of knowledge, with a hardcore focus on RESULTS… Personal and Small Group Training .
