Staying fit during pregnancy is vital for a smooth delivery!

4 Week Fitness Program, Thursdays in September at 6:15 PM

Spring Mill Athletic Club is offering a  fun and energizing head to toe workout that will train and prepare Mom for the “Main Event.” The program emphasizes strengthening the back, core and pelvic floor, area’s which undergo the most stress during pregnancy while providing a total body workout. Each class is something different!

It is essential to speak to your doctor before starting any new exercise program. It is always important to maintain a fitness program. Inactivity during pregnancy can lead to high blood pressure, gestational diabetes causes aches and pains, and excessive weight gain making it harder to get your pre-pregnancy figure back. Women that development gestational diabetes are more likely to develop type ll diabetes later in life.


  • Members: $60 for the 4-week program. Participants must sign up for all four weeks to receive this special rate.
  • Non-members, please join us! $75.00 for all four weeks.
  • Drop-ins accepted! Members: $20.00 per class.
    Non-members: $25.00 each class.
